
Ingredients:
One to two pounds of Swiss steak
Six or more long carrots, washed and peeled
Six or more potatoes, peeled and halved or quartered
Two cans Campbell’s tomato soup
Meat seasoning
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Olive oil (enough to coat bottom of frying pan)
Directions:
Rub the steak with meat seasoning and salt and pepper. Brown the meat in a skillet of hot olive oil. Place meat in a baking dish with onions, carrots, and potatoes. Pour the condensed soup over the top and bake in a covered baking dish at 350° until vegetables are tender (approximately an hour and a half depending on the quantity of vegetables).
